By downloading, installing, or using CaloGen AI (the "App" or "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the App.
These Terms apply to all users of the Service, including users who are also contributors of content, information, or other materials.
CaloGen AI is an iOS application that provides AI-powered food logging, calorie tracking, and nutritional analysis. The Service includes:
Some features require a Premium subscription. The availability and pricing of Premium features may change.
You must create an account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
You must provide accurate information when creating your account. You may not use another person's account without their permission.
You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. By creating an account, you represent that you meet this age requirement.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
CaloGen AI offers a Premium subscription that unlocks AI photo scanning and other features.
Premium subscriptions are billed through your Apple ID via the App Store. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges to your Apple ID at the rate shown at purchase. Subscription fees are charged at the beginning of each billing period.
If we offer a free trial, it will be clearly disclosed before purchase. Your subscription begins and billing starts at the end of the trial period unless you cancel before it ends.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through iOS Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will retain access to Premium features until then.
All purchases are final and non-refundable except as required by applicable law. Refund requests can be submitted to Apple via reportaproblem.apple.com.
We reserve the right to change subscription prices. Price changes take effect at the start of your next renewal period. We will notify you in advance of any price changes.

The App, including its design, graphics, functionality, and content, is the exclusive property of CaloGen AI and its licensors, protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your personal, non-commercial use, subject to these Terms.
You retain ownership of the content you create (your food logs, photos, and profile data). By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to store and process your content solely to provide the Service.
CaloGen AI provides general nutritional information and AI-estimated calorie data for informational purposes only. The nutritional values provided by the AI are estimates and may not be perfectly accurate.
CaloGen AI is not a medical application and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition. The calorie and macro estimates provided should not be used as a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before making significant changes to your diet, particularly if you have or suspect any health condition including but not limited to eating disorders, diabetes, or cardiovascular disease.
We are not liable for any health outcomes resulting from use of the nutritional estimates provided by the Service.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR COMPLETELY SECURE. WE DO NOT WARRANT THE ACCURACY OF AI-GENERATED NUTRITIONAL ESTIMATES.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, CALOGEN AI AND ITS AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.
IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause or notice, including if we believe you have violated these Terms.
You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us at info@fatherofweb.com. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.
Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, and limitations of liability.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notifying you via the App. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If resolution cannot be reached, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration or the courts of competent jurisdiction.
